Visichat

Our video chat has been designed from the ground up to be a cross-platform solution. Users of the chat client should have access to a web browser with Adobe Flash Player installed. But it doesn't  matter what operating system they are using on their computers.

Our video chat software will successfully run on either Linux, Unix or Windows server. The software attempts to be distribution neutral, as far as free operating systems are concerned, and isn't particularly demanding on the hardware. Visichat is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit  platforms, dedicated or virtual.

Chatters can use any modern browser, which supports the official Adobe Flash plugin, or its open source alternatives, on a desktop platform of their choice. Furthermore, GChat is currently investigating the possibility of porting its video chat front end to mobile platforms.

On-the-go access is a priority for us, and it is likely that our platform support will keep expanding in the future. Regardless of whether you're a fan of iOS, Android or Chrome OS mobile platform, we'll seek to deliver the smoothest possible experience you've come to expect on a traditional PC or laptop.
